Registration Now Open for the 2026 WyCB Retreat
Dear WyCB Members,
It’s time to register for the 2026 Wyoming Council of the Blind Retreat!
The retreat will be held July 16–19, 2026, at the Allen H. Stewart Lions Camp on Casper Mountain. Thanks to the generous support of the Lions of Wyoming Foundation, the camp facilities are being provided at no cost to participants.
The cost of the retreat is $30 per person for the weekend, which covers all meals, including:
- Thursday dinner
- Friday breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Sunday breakfast
The retreat will feature a variety of fun and engaging activities, including games, crafts, outdoor activities, social time, and opportunities to connect with fellow WyCB members and friends.
Retreat Details:
- Arrival: Thursday, July 16, anytime after 3:00 p.m.
- Departure: Sunday, July 19, after breakfast
- Cost: $30 per person
- Lodging: Participants should bring their own bedding (sheets and blankets or a sleeping bag).
- Transportation assistance will be available for those who need help getting to or from the camp.
To register, please contact me by email or telephone. When registering, please let me know:
- Your name
- Whether you will need transportation assistance
- Any dietary restrictions or special accommodations
- Whether you are interested in reserving one of the limited private rooms in the Couples Quarters
The deadline to register is July 13, 2026.
We hope you will join us for a weekend of fellowship, recreation, and fun in the beautiful setting of Casper Mountain.
Please register by July 13 so we can finalize meal plans, lodging arrangements, and activities.
